Spring meeting is one of our statutory meetings as a non-profit organisation. We will hold our Spring Meeting 2025 on Wednesday, 14 May.

Meeting is open for both members and non-members. This is an opportunity to meet board members, hear our event plans for 2025 and share your interest with us!

Meeting will take place at the conference room of HANAHOLMEN , Swedish-Finnish Cultural Centre, between 18:00 and 19:00. On the same site, there is a restaurant Plats, where the ingredients are sourced with same principle as “Slow Food” ethos – good, clean and fair, local, seasonal and sustainable. Their recipe book has won the Gourmand International‘s best restaurant book award in 2022. We would like to invite meeting participants to join our annual Spring Meeting dinner to talk more about Slow Food. Plats offered a generous discount for their tasting menus for Slow Food members. The drinks are not included in the price, but can be purchased on spot.
