Overview
When a participant has registered for an event, organised by Slow Food Helsinki ry, via the registration form, it is considered that the participant has accepted these terms of cancellation and changes of the event.
Cancellation on account of the participants
If the participants need to cancel participation to the events, notify by e-mail at slowfoodhelsinki@gmail.com as soon as possible, but latest by 24 hours prior to the event date and time.
Organisers Rights To Transfer or Cancellation Of The Event
If the event has to be transferred (in to the new organising dates) due to bad conditions, unexpected incident independent of the organiser or emergency (Force Majeure), or when the minimum number of registration to carry out the event is not achieved, Slow Food Helsinki ry reserves the right to make changes to the date and time for all parts of the event. If this occurs, Food Helsinki ry will notify the participants of the new details of the event by e-mail.
Food Helsinki ry also reserved rights to cancel the event, if alternative schedules are not available. In the case of cancellation due to force majeure, the participants can choose either to transfer admission fee to take part in other events organised by Slow Food Helsinki ry, or receive refund.
